Abstract:

Scientific research constitutes a fundamental mission of higher education institutions. In the context of robust digital transformation across all social sectors, an objective assessment of the current state of scientific activities at universities of physical education and sports is essential. Such an evaluation identifies achieved results, existing limitations, and the specific factors influencing research effectiveness within a digital environment. These findings serve as a critical framework for proposing tailored solutions aimed at enhancing research quality, fostering innovation capacity, and meeting the evolving demands of higher education in the modern era.
